The Inv2020 Project’s spending plan involves the renovation and extraordinary maintenance of a building located in the industrial area of Bagno di Gavorrano, intended to host a new company production unit. The intervention includes the renovation of electrical and hydro-thermo-sanitary systems to comply with current regulations and improve the building’s energy efficiency.
Project Description
Further interventions include the replacement of windows and doors, aimed at improving the building’s thermal and acoustic insulation, increasing safety and comfort in the work environment.
The Inv2020 Project also covers design and planning costs, enabling the development of functional and sustainable solutions that optimize space and resources in line with company needs.
Finally, expenses related to the purchase of inventory will be reported, essential for immediately starting production activities at the new site. This inventory will include key materials and resources to ensure operational continuity and efficiency from the very first phases of production.
