The system controls the movement of the trolleys inside the dryer and acquires the following parameters:
The supervision system provides the mapping of these quantities inside the drying oven.
For this plant, opus automazione has created the PLC panel and 5 electric power panels with 12 inverters up to 55 Kw for piloting the “impeller” / “expeller” fans for air intake and expulsion.
In addition to the electrical panels, opus has designed the supervision software on the PLC and the connection of the various sensors in the field.
