What We Do for the Water Utility Sector

We develop and integrate solutions for:
  • Pumping station automation, including the design and supply of control and command panels, interlocking systems, and remote supervision (e.g., lifting control panel for Gran Sasso Acque).

  • Telemetry and data acquisition systems for real-time management of flow rates, pressures, and levels in tanks and distributed networks.

  • Analytical instrumentation for wastewater and drinking water, providing and integrating systems such as automatic titrators for chemical monitoring (e.g., Acquedotto del Fiora, Acque Industriali).

  • Measurement systems for environmental and process parameters, including ammonia (NH₃) sensors for wastewater and SCADA systems (e.g., GIDA).”

References and Collaborations

Among our most representative projects is the intervention carried out for ACS Carbon, a company specialized in the production of carbon fiber components for the luxury automotive sector.
We developed a robotic cell for the automatic bonding of carbon fiber hoods, achieving:

  • Gran Sasso Acque: supply of an electrical panel for a pumping station and remote control systems

  • GIDA (Wastewater Treatment Plant Management): installation of an ammonia (NH₃) measurement system

  • Acquedotto del Fiora and Acque Industriali: supply and integration of an automatic titrator

Each project was developed in close collaboration with the utility technicians, adapting instrumentation, electrical panels, and software to the actual needs of the plants and current regulations.
