19” RACK for O2 CO CO2 SO2 Analysis

The single-component analyzers for continuous and discontinuous analysis of O2, CO, CO2 and SO2 are stackable and can be mounted on a 19” rack, equipped with wheels for ground handling.

The measurement principles for the analysis of the indicated parameters are:

• Paramagnetic method for O2
• NDIR (non-dispersive infrared) for CO, CO2 and SO2

The assembly is complete with a two-stage refrigeration drying system, sample gas filtration and suction apparatus equipped with integrated sample and vent flow meters and condensate alarm, with safety interlocks to the suction pump.

The system is also inclusive of electrical control distribution and pneumatic distribution to interface the analysis modules and the sample gas sampling and treatment system.

The rack is integrated with a data acquisition system, consisting of:

• Portable PC for data acquisition and processing

• DatiSME software, for the acquisition, engineering, normalization, archiving and comparison of data within the limits of the law, in compliance with Legislative Decree 152/2006 and the Arpa / Ispra guidelines and QAL2 and QAL3 test execution tools from UNI EN 14181.
