At the customer’s request, 8 reagent dosing skids were made to be used in various production units of a chemical plant.

Configuration

Each skid is equipped with:

• Safety tank for collecting liquids
• Product dosing pumps
• Pump power supply panel
• Flexible pipes with necessary fittings
• Manual shut-off valves upstream / downstream of the metering pumps

The front part of the central panel contains the pneumatic components (pumps, piping, valves), while at the back the electrical panel has been installed.

A safety liquid collection tank has been placed under each skid.
