DURABILITY TEST BENCH 8 EOP

Durability bench for automotive engines’ oil pumps. The system performs velocity, acceleration, pressure drop and temperature tests, simulating all the real conditions to which the piece under test is subjected.

HYDRO TEST BENCH

The Hydro Test Bench is designed to test one by one BIT with test pressures up to 300 bar (4351,13 psi), in order to verify the leakage proof of the test BITs. lt is possible to obtain higher pressures on request.

COLD START TEST BENCH

This test bench has been designed and built to test, in lower temperature, the automotive oil pumps or vacuum pumps.

IMPULSE TEST BENCH

The Impulse Test Bench is designed and manufactured to test flexible pipes/hoses with different shapes and sizes through stress, according to the specifications of the most important car manufacturers.

Greasing Machine

The “Greasing Machine” is a machine that lubricates the bits through a semiautomatic system that allows the complete filling of the channels and the lubricant tanks. Optimal lubrication of the bits is a key feature for their safe operation.

BURST TEST BENCH

The combustion benches are able tests various hydraulic components such as, for example: flexible pipes, rigid pipes, valves, filters, fittings, etc.
The burst bench can be customized for the use of different hydraulic fluids, according to the customer’s requests.

SCR THERMOGRAPHIC TEST BENCH

The bench is designed to perform temperature tests of pipes dedicated to the most varied applications. The climatic test chamber allows to vary the environmental conditions: a dedicated powering and controlling system deals with the sample heating.

PUMPS TEST BENCH

The benches for oil pumps/water pumps and electrical oil pumps, are designed for both durability and characterization tests. The oil used during tests can be thermally conditioned to simulate the real conditions of use for the test pump.

PERMEABILITY TEST BENCH

The permeation bench tests the permeability of a new prototype of flexible hoses made of CO2-based R744 cooling gas barrier material.
