Oil pump durability test bench for automotive engines.

The system performs speed, acceleration, pressure drop and temperature profiles, simulating all the real conditions to which the test piece is subjected. 

Test Bench Configuration:

• Cabinet and rear motor support;

• 2 separate compartments containing pumps under test;

• 2 worktops in machined aluminum for base units;

• 2 drips on the floor to collecting oil leaks;

• 2 pump interface plates

• 2 test oil containment tanks

• 2 independent hydraulic circuits

• 2 pump dragging groups under test;

• 2 axis line lubrication units

• 1 cabinet with drivers of piloting engines;

• 1 cabinet with control electronics;

• 1 data acquisition system
